We recently stayed at Almanac Palais and had one of the best hotel experiences ever. The historical building has been beautifully renewed and is situated in the city centre. Our spacious and clean room had very comfortable beds, and the decor was amazing. The staff at this hotel is truly exceptional. The people at the reception desk were incredibly kind and ready to help with anything we needed. Marlene in particular stood out with her helpful suggestions and answers to all of our questions. We would also like to thank Asal, Ahlayza, and the rest of the staff at the front desk. With such amazing service, there is no doubt that we will stay at Almanac Palais again on our next visit to this city.

The rooms have beautiful park views and fantastic detailing. The location is great for walking around. The staff helped plan a romantic surprise. The decor is breathtaking and feels like a palace. The service is attentive and welcoming.

The barman Jan deserves a special mention for his excellent service throughout our stay. All the staff were good and friendly. Standards were high on the 5th floor.
On several occasions 607 was not properly serviced. Drinks were not replaced, toilet paper not replaced etc.

the welcome and service at almanac was beyond expectations, with personal touches and attention to detail. the room was outstanding, with a stunning view. the vegan food was imaginative and plentiful, and the sommelier offered a fantastic wine experience at our table.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is only a few minutes away from Vienna's main attractions. Guests can conveniently explore the city on foot or by taking public transport just outside the hotel. The hotel is beautifully maintained while keeping the classic Viennese charm in its rooms. The minibar is refilled daily and breakfast is available for an additional cost.
The styling of the rooms may not appeal to those who prefer modern design.

Location is excellent.
The room wasn't clean up at time of our check-in: on the table were papers, used by previous guests, on the flour was an empty bottle, which wasn't removed even during our stay as well as trash bin in the room was not cleaned up. So a management should be improved.

Spent Easter at a hotel in the heart of a European city. The rooftop pool and bar offered stunning views of the city and a great atmosphere for relaxation. The room was spacious and comfortable, with daily cleaning service and fresh linens. The hotel was conveniently located near key landmarks and public transportation.
While the location offered convenience, the street noise was loud and constant. The breakfast buffet was somewhat limited and there were no other dining options on site. The gym equipment was minimal and in need of repair. a decent hotel for a short stay but with some room for improvement.

The hotel is well-appointed and of good standard. The employees were exceptionally polite and happily chatted with my daughter. The lovely porter organized our bags. The breakfast is freshly prepared and excellent, offering cereals and pastries.

A lovely hotel, well appointed, very pleasant staff, exceptionally clean. A free refill of the minibar every day.
The bed was just a small double, best suited for a single room. A basic continental breakfast is not included in the price.
